Tom Donnelly, is a highly respected and well-known restructuring professional. Since the early 1980s, Tom has been involved in handling restructuring matters as a creditor and has acted as agent for large bank syndicates in a number of highly complex corporate restructurings.
Tom has diverse experience, including managing high profile problem loan workouts, distressed financing, as well as acting in senior executive positions for banks where he managed large problem loan portfolios.
He has a deep understanding of credit risk and credit policy, having rewritten problem loan policy and procedures for several institutions to comply with regulatory expectations and SOX. Where risk rating , reserve and accrual accuracy is well documented pursuant to policy.
Tom has been a speaker at a number of industry related events and has lectured at the Pace University School of Law, Kellogg School of Management, Quinnipiac Law School and the American Association of CPA’s.
